A'la Liberty is a pure vegetarian restaurant for connoisseurs of fine dining at Hyderabad. A'la Liberty serves a wide variety of vegetarian delicacies from North India, as well as Oriental, American, and Italian Cuisines. The restaurant is designed to produce a soothing ambience where customers can enjoy their food comfortably in a stress relieving environment. A'la Liberty provides its guests (on request) with private dining facility, where they can enjoy their dinner in seclusion with family and friends. The private dining room can easily accommodate 15-40 guests.
The name Ala Liberty was coined by the director of the company Mrs Kiran Lalwani, ensuring that the name resonates with the history of the family business "Liberty Restaurant" started by Mr Kishanchand Lalwani back in 1970s and "Liberty Caterers" by Mr Chandan Lalwani in the year 1988.
The restaurant currently has two branches in Hyderabad - one in HITECH City recently opened in February and the other in Banjara Hills -12 which has been recently renovated and celebrated its 8th Anniversary.
A la Liberty specializes in both Indian and Global flavours to satisfy your palette. The choices are endless - while the classic dishes makes you feel at home , the global delicacies adds another layer of refreshing flavours.

Ordered the Chaaps and Dal Makhni with roti.
The Chaaps were to die for. Most authentic ever. Definitely a must try. The Dal makhni slipped away quite a bit in it’s authenticity and tasted like a South Indian version of a world famous dal

Went here for dinner buffet. Good variety good taste . Will surely visit it again . Must have in buffet - white sauce pasta , dal makhani , Dahi puri , stir fried veggies, fried wanton
